These terms apply to all services provided by Yashpal Auto Garage, Sector A, Mechanic Nagar, MR 9 Road, Behind Lotus Electronics, Vijay Nagar, Indore, Madhya Pradesh 452011. By using our services or this website, you agree to these terms.
We provide car repair, servicing and maintenance work. The exact work to be done is decided after inspecting the vehicle and discussing it with the customer.
Spare parts are used as discussed with the customer. Warranty on spare parts, if any, is as per the manufacturer or supplier's warranty terms.
Please collect your vehicle within the agreed time after we inform you that the work is complete. We are not responsible for personal belongings left inside the vehicle.
You may cancel a service before work begins. Once work has started or parts have been ordered or fitted, charges for labour done and parts used will apply. Any refund, if applicable, will be processed within 7 working days to the original payment method.
By sharing your phone number with us, you agree that we may contact you by call or WhatsApp regarding your service. You can ask us to stop messages at any time.
We perform all work with reasonable care. We are not responsible for pre-existing issues in the vehicle that are not part of the work requested, or for damage caused by misuse of the vehicle after delivery.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
